Proverbs 27:2 Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.

The greater a man is , the less he will seek for attention ; the more attention will seek for him. He will not draw attention to him self except it is for a higher purpose.
He will give so much and say so little because he knows that God is the giver of all good things. So he will give with joy. If ever he has to take from you he will make sure he gives you twice as much .That is a noble man.

Today there are people giving in millions and without saying a word. Their joy is in seeing others better because of them. No one may know all the good things they have done, all those they have helped but God knows.

Jesus said when you give don’t let the other hand know that you gave. Matthew 6:3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:
You don’t have to go around claiming you helped ‘so and so’ , let them be the ones to praise you and give God glory for you.
Seek the favor that comes from God. No one can honor you like God, no one can bless you like he can. They say empty drums make the most noise. Truly the smaller the man the more noise he will make about his little achievements which pale in comparison to that which is given without seeking anything in return.

In a world were men have become so desirous of their own glory, God wants us as Christians to reject the status quo. Be a blessing. Be good to people not so you can get anything from them or out of any hidden motive but just because you desire to be a blessing to them. They may not appreciate you, but God does. And that’s all that matters.

What do we have that we have not received? Nothing. Of course there are people who will want to take advantage of our kind nature to try to cheat us. God expects us to exercise wisdom in our giving. Give to those who can never repay you. Because then God will pay you back in better ways than you can imagine.

Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
