Learning to relax

In our fast paced environment, it seems increasingly difficult to relax. It seems as though there are so many problems and challenges that make it difficult for people to put a smile on their faces.

A lot of people today are depressed, worried and anxious. Some of them even think that if you smile a lot you are irresponsible and un-serious.
Well whats to gain in frowning? Wrinkled skin maybe.

Learning to relax does not mean that there are no challenges. It means that while you re doing the part you can , you are trusting God to handle the part only he can. In the midst of those challenges, you can be calm because you know that the One that holds the Universe holds you.

Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

There is a rest in God. Don’t carry that load of depression, guilt, worry etc anymore.

Study verse:
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Confession:
I refuse to be worried, confused or anxious because the One that lives in me holds the Universe in his hands.

Meditation:
Imagine you as a little baby in the big arms of God. Imagine and see him holding you tightly. See your worries leave now as his glory and love fills you.

  1. This design is incredible! You definitely know how to keep a reader
entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost
moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you
    presented it. Too cool!

  2. great put up, very informative. I wonder why the
other specialists of this sector don’t realize this.
You must proceed your writing. I am sure, you’ve a huge
    readers’ base already!
